For the trade fairs in the DACH region, we will make a further contribution to sustainability and the reduction of CO2 emissions with our new logistics partner DSV Fairs & Events Germany.

As our exclusive logistics partner and official trade fair forwarding agent, DSV Fairs & Events provides comprehensive logistical support at the trade fair grounds.

The complete all-round logistics service, of course including personal support on site, includes the following services:

Pre-carriage transport from your factory to the DSV Groß-Gerau transshipment warehouse
Transport to the exhibition grounds
Permanent and temporary customs clearance
Delivery to the exhibition stand
Support with unpacking and packing and positioning of the exhibits by workers and forklifts
Empty and full goods handling including storage
Collection from the exhibition stand
Follow-up transport from the exhibition grounds via the DSV Groß-Gerau transshipment warehouse to your factory
SUSTAINABILITY is very important to Easyfairs and DSV.

We therefore try to minimize transport wherever possible, consolidate shipment flows, use synergy effects and avoid individual truck journeys and downtime.

That is why DSV Fairs & Events also offers to send trade fair shipments via the DSV hub in Groß-Gerau (Greater Frankfurt area), provided it is geographically advantageous, and to send as many individual shipments as possible consolidated directly from Groß-Gerau to the trade fair location and vice versa.
